The world's two most powerful words are "I CAN'T"


Before we go any further, I'd like to know the following things from you...

1) What did you say to yourself this morning just after you woke up?
2) What things did you tell yourself this afternoon, or this evening?
3) What did you tell yourself last night, just before you went to sleep?
4) What kinds of things are you telling yourself right at THIS MOMENT?


If your answers to these questions are negative in ANY way, then you need to change your internal self-talk (the things you say to yourself), IMMEDIATELY!


                                                                     Now, let me ask you this...
If somebody close to you kept making dozens of negative comments about you -- right to your face, everyday, would you really want to keep that mean person around?

                                                                          Well...guess what?

                               YOU are that person!
The fact is, human beings have more than 12,000 thoughts per day, and as many as 70% of those are negative thoughts. Plus, we commonly SAY many very negative things about ourselves everyday! No wonder there are so many negative people in the world!
 
Maintaining a positive personal self-talk is absolutely essential for achieving an ongoing positive - attitude and mindset in whatever we're doing!



Here is a Very Powerful Powercount
8 Technique for Helping You to
Make Positive Self-Talk a Permanent Habit in Your Daily Life!
After using this powerful method for just a few days you will begin to see
dramatic changes in the way you think about yourself, and all other areas of your world!





DO THIS:

For a few minutes each day, continuously count backward from 8 while you repeat the
following important affirmations over, and over, and over:


I CHOOSE TO LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF – JUST AS I AM!

I CHOOSE TO FEEL CALM AND CONFIDENT AT ALL TIMES!

I CHOOSE TO SEE MYSELF AS COMPLETELY LOVING!

I CHOOSE TO FORGIVE EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER HARMED ME!

I CHOOSE TO FEEL GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE!

I CHOOSE TO FEEL LOVING AND THANKFUL FOR THE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE!

I CHOOSE TO INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE THE YOUNGER BOYS/GIRLS!


I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF AND MY ABILITIES!

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE I CAN DO ANYTHING I SET MY MIND TO!

I CHOOSE TO LOVE MY NEW LIFE AS A CONFIDENT BOY/GIRL!

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE I AM DESTINED FOR GREAT THINGS!

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE I DESERVE TO HAVE GOOD THINGS IN MY LIFE!

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THAT I AM A WORTHWHILE AND LOVING BOY/GIRL!

I CHOOSE TO MAKE EYE CONTACT AND SMILE AT EVERYONE I SEE!

I CHOOSE TO SEE MYSELF AS A COMPLETE AND CONFIDENT BOY/GIRL!

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE I AM AN UNSTOPPABLE BOY/GIRL!


*****It is perfectly alright for you to change the wording, and add your own positive phrases if you'd like.


Here are more excellent examples:

Also, wherever you see a blank space in a phrase, such as __________, please fill in the blank with
your own appropriate response - if possible.


I choose to be the most caring and loving person I can be!

I choose to be the best _________ I can be!

I choose to be a shining example of a _________ for the other boys/girls!


I choose to love the _________ I am becoming - completely, and unconditionally!

I choose to show respect toward others!

I choose to see myself as a healthy, boy/girl!

I choose to see myself as a strong and confident boy/girl in everything I do!

I choose to be ready and prepared for every situation as a confident boy/girl!

I choose to see myself becoming more and more confident as a boy/girl everyday!

I choose to dress respectable as a boy/girl everyday!

I choose to see abundant opportunities as a very confident boy/girl everywhere I look!

I choose to remain optimistic about the future of my life!

I choose to maintain total determination for achieving my goals!


Please feel free to add more of your own! Remember, there are NO WRONG STATEMENTS here!


Think about it for a while, what positive thoughts would YOU prefer to be thinking each and every day!

Write them down. And then, repeat them into your subconscious mind!

                                                                              

                                              THEN:
Begin repeating the affirmation: "I LIKE MYSELF" over and over and over.


I LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF - and so on...
(just keep repeating this over and over and over)

And...

I AM RESPONSIBLE - I AM RESPONSIBLE - I AM RESPONSIBLE - I AM RESPONSIBLE -
and so on...


Also...

I AM COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE -
I AM COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE -
I AM COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE - and so on...

(just keep repeating these affirmations over and over and over - continuously)

As well as...

I LIKE MYSELF, BEING COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE –
I LIKE MYSELF, BEING COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE - and so on...




Then, add some positive "ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE" affirmations...

I AM SO THANKFUL FOR ________, BECAUSE _________
(explain why you're thankful).


I FEEL SO GRATEFUL TO _________, FOR _________
(explain what you're grateful for).


I AM _________- I AM _________ - I AM _________ - I AM _________ - and so on...
(just keep repeating this over and over and over - continuously)


Here are some more excellent examples of positive "I AM" affirmations:

I AM COMPLETELY CALM AND CONFIDENT AS AN ATTRACTIVE BOY/GIRL

I AM COMPLETELY RELAXED AND FOCUSED

I AM LOVING MY LIFE AS A CONFIDENT BOY/GIRL MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY

I AM IMPROVING AT ________ MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY

I AM BECOMING MORE CONFIDENT EVERYDAY

I AM DETERMINED TO MAKE IT AS ________

I AM DETERMINED TO BECOME THE BEST _______ I CAN BE


Please feel free to add more positive affirmations of your own!


Keep repeating this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Remember to take a deep breath, and BLOW IT OUT slowly after you complete each round.



                                                                                     IMPORTANT NOTE:
Just in case you're wondering why it is so important for you to accept full responsibility for yourself...


One of the most common causes of failure is, the inability to take full responsibility for yourself and your life.
A primary key to achieving absolute success in your life is having the willingness to accept 100% of the responsibility for yourself!


The fact is, the people who achieve the highest levels of success in life are those who ACCEPT COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES
(they don't make excuses)!
