                                     In the minutes leading up to whatever you're doing...

Repeat this phrase over and over and over:



I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself and so on...


Just keep repeating this phrase over and over and over...with EMPHASIS - continuously!


Remember to place
strong emphasis on the word "LIKE" in this phrase.

The more you like yourself, the less stress you will feel, not only during your upcoming event, but in literally everything you do throughout your life!. Therefore, the more often you use this technique to boost yourself up by saying "I LIKE Myself" the more self confidence you will gain, and the more effective you will be in anything you wish to do.


Keep repeating this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Remember to take a deep breath, and blow it out slowly.
