Before we go
any further, I'd like to know the following things from you...
1) What did
you say to yourself this morning just after you woke up?
2) What things
did you tell yourself this afternoon, or this evening?
3) What did
you tell yourself last night, just before you went to sleep?
4) What kinds
of things are you telling yourself right at THIS MOMENT?
If your answers to these
questions are negative in ANY way, then you need to change your
internal self-talk (the things you say to yourself), IMMEDIATELY!
Now, let me ask you
this...
If somebody close to you
continued to make dozens of nasty comments about you -- right to
your face, everyday, would you really want to keep that person
around?
Well...guess what
YOU are
that person
who is saying
nasty things about you!
The fact is, human beings have more than 12,000 thoughts per
day, and about 70% of those are negative thoughts.
Plus, we commonly
SAY many very negative things about ourselves everyday! No wonder
there are so many negative people in the world!
Maintaining a positive
personal self-talk is absolutely essential for achieving an ongoing
positive--winning attitude and mindset!

After
using this powerful method for just a few days you will begin to see
dramatic changes in the way you think about yourself,
and all other areas of your world!
DO THIS:
For a few minutes each day,
continuously repeat the following important
affirmations over, and over, and over:
I
CHOOSE TO LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF - JUST AS I AM!
I CHOOSE TO FORGIVE EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER HARMED ME!
I CHOOSE TO FEEL GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE!
I CHOOSE TO FEEL LOVING AND THANKFUL FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND ME!
I CHOOSE TO INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS!
I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF AND MY ABILITIES!
I CHOOSE
TO BELIEVE THAT I AM A WORTHWHILE AND LOVING PERSON!
It is perfectly alright for you to change the wording, and add your
own positive phrases if you'd like.

Here are more excellent
examples:
Also, wherever you see a blank space in a
phrase, such as __________, please fill in the blank with your own
response.
I
choose to be the very best person I can be;
I choose to be the best _________ I can be;
I choose to be a shining example of a _________ for the others;
I
choose to love the _________ I am becoming -- completely, and
unconditionally;
I choose to show respect toward everybody;
I choose to see myself as a strong and healthy person;
Please feel free to add more of your own! There are
NO WRONG STATEMENTS here!
Think about it
for a while, what positive thoughts would YOU prefer to be thinking
each and every day!
Write them down. And then, repeat them over and over
and over, with conviction!
Tip:
You can do this throughout your day, by simply THINKING through your
phrases
(without
speaking). |
NOTE:
If you're curious why I am
not
requiring you to identify and list all of your negative self-talk
thoughts,
the reason is, since we tend to have thousands of negative thoughts
each day, you would literally be writing
ALL DAY....EVERYDAY!!
Besides, you have already identified and cleared out the anxiety from
many of your stressful issues.
And, you have also replaced your negative beliefs with positive,
life-empowering, beliefs. Therefore, you should no longer be having
so many negative thoughts or self doubts. You just need to get into
a habit of routinely thinking and saying positive things about
yourself (and others) --- no matter in what situation you may find
yourself.

NOTE...
|
It
is very common for other thoughts or emotions to pop into your mind
while you're doing this.
While you're doing the exercises, you will likely discover
all kinds of new, unrealized thoughts and emotions that may have
been buried deep within your subconscious mind for years...possibly
even since your early childhood.
If, at anytime, while you're work through any of the exercises in
this course, you notice any other negative thoughts or
stressful emotions popping up, even if they do not directly apply to
the particular exercise you're working on at the moment, then
you should write them down, and take
some extra time to count for all of those negative issues, as
soon as possible!
It's THOSE negative thoughts and emotions that will get in your way
as you go forward in life! |

methodology is so forgiving that you literally cannot get it wrong.
As long as you
are counting backward from 8 while you're concentrating on an issue,
it's working for you!
So, just keep counting everyday!
