Wouldn't it be nice if you had a
magic wand that could zap away your negative thoughts
the very minute they popped into your mind?

Although we live in a world where negativity abounds, thinking negative
thoughts, and feeling negative feelings
is actually NOT normal. The human brain is specifically hardwired to PROTECT us
from all types of threats,
and that even includes negative thoughts and emotions. However, it IS normal for
us to think positive thoughts,
and experience positive emotions.
When we are born, our mind starts out as a clean slate, there's nothing in it,
neither positive, nor negative
concepts exist. Or, as many psychologists have put it, there is no "writing on
our walls" yet.
Unfortunately, the two words a child hears more than any others while growing
up, are "NO" and "DON'T."
Think about that for a moment. A child, who has very little control in his or
her life is continually being pounded
with a persistent barrage of negative messages....
"No, don't do this!" and "No, don't do that!"
So, with all of that negativity going on around us, wouldn't it seem impossible
to imagine that we're ever be
able to accomplish anything positive in our lives?
However, YOU now have a secret weapon in the fight against negativity.
Armed with this course, you can now defeat all negative thoughts
and emotions the minute they enter your mind.
Plus, add to that, the ability to essentially negativity-proof your mind.
Only YOU can allow negative messages to take hold
in your mind.
YOU hold the key to your own thoughts and emotions right in your fingertips.

Special Note:
If you're concerned about
this exercise possibly removing all of your emotions,
there is no need to worry.
This exercise will not (and cannot) make you an emotionless zombie.
This exercise will merely help you feel more calm and confident
(and also more
optimistic) in everything you do.

Protocol for
Clearing Out Any Negative Thoughts Or Emotions
The Minute They Pop Into Your Mind...
....before they take a permanent hold in your mind.
The
special procedure
used in this
exercise is a
little different from the
normal procedure used in
most of the other exercises. This exercise only requires you to complete ONE
step...
You can use this exercise
whenever you have a negative thought pop into your mind!
DO THIS
FIRST:
Whenever you
start having a negative thought or emotion, simply concentrate your attention
on how that negative thought or emotion makes you FEEL, and then start counting
backward from 8
until you no longer feel any remaining traces of stress or anxiety from it.
It can also be
very helpful for you to repeat reminder phrases while you're counting.
You SHOULD STILL tap through all of these examples
even if they don't directly apply to your own situation.
Here
are some examples of
common
negative thoughts you might have:
I
feel so frustrated over _________,
I feel this strong urge to _________,
I feel this disappointment over ________,
I feel this intense __________,
I feel so bad about __________,
I'm so angry about _________,
I just can't believe I ________,
I feel like I just want to ________,
I feel like the whole world is against me because ________,
I feel so overwhelmed because of _______,
I
still have some of this remaining stress from ________,
