The higher your levels of self esteem, the more calm and confident you will be...

Now I am going to show you how you can actually increase your own self confidence in ANYTHING
 you're doing in just a minute or two by
psychologically pumping yourself up
!
 It's as though you were using an air pump to pump up your self confidence just before a big event.

 
 


 Here is a Very Powerful PowerCount8 Exercise for Helping You
 Feel 60% More Confident -- in Just 60 Seconds

 
 
I call this technique my PowerCountp8 technique (and you'll soon see why)...
 
 

 
                                                  DO THIS:
In the minutes leading up to your performance (or whatever you're doing)...
Start SMILING
. And then, repeat this phrase over and over and over:


I LIKE myself  I LIKE myself -  I LIKE myself -  I LIKE myself - and so on... 
 


Just keep repeating this "I LIKE MYSELF" phrase over and over...while SMILING! Remember to place strong emphasis on the word "LIKE" in this phrase.
 

The more you like yourself, the less stress you will feel, not only during your upcoming performance, but in literally everything you do throughout your life!. Therefore, the more often you use this technique to boost yourself up by saying "I LIKE Myself" the more self confidence you will gain, and the more effective you will be in anything you wish to do. And, doing this exercise while you're smiling greatly enhances the overall positive effect on your confidence!

Also, if you're still feeling a great deal of stress, then...pay very close attention to your tongue for a minute. You want to let your tongue relax completely on the bottom of your mouth. Let go of any tension that you might feel in your tongue. Just let it relax!



                                                                                               
Tip:

If you don't feel comfortable saying the phrase out loud, then yo
u can do this procedure by simply THINKING through your phrases...without speaking.
 

Keep repeating this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over. Remember to take a deep breath, and exhale slowly after you complete each round.



It is this consistent repetition, while concentrating on the issue, that gradually weakens and reduces your stress and anxiety levels down to zero:
Repeated use effectively acts to reduce the amount of emotional intensity you're feeling from your negative issues down to zero feeling. Each round whittles away more and more of the negative emotional connection between your brain and your body, so that the negative emotions will no longer have much of an affect on you. And then, we basically "rewire" your brain by replacing that negative emotion it with a purely positive affirmation, which we proceed to 'cement into place' by repeating it over and over and over. It's highly effective.                
              


So, just keep counting everyday! It WORKS!
