The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between just
imagining a vivid scene and
what's really
happening. After you run your mental movie several times each
day, your mind will assume that this is your new reality, and will
then go about creating it in reality for you.
This simple visualization technique will soon have you performing
any task in any situation with a new sense of calm confidence.
You can also continue using this
PowerCount8
Visualization technique for any stressful upcoming events you
encounter
throughout your entire life!

Protocol for
Visualizing
Yourself Performing Calmly and Confidently During
Any Stressful, High Pressure, Situations or Events.
DO THIS FIRST:
Think of a high pressure situation or event that would be extremely
stressful or nerve-wracking for you.
SECOND:
Create a mental movie of that situation in your mind...from the
beginning of the event, and all the way to the end, by visualizing
yourself going through that high pressure situation. And, really try
to get your stress levels up as high as possible while visualizing
your mental movie. The more stress you make yourself feel during the
movie, the better your clearing results will be.
THIRD:
Pay very close attention to your tongue for a minute. You want to
let your tongue relax completely on the bottom of your mouth. Let go
of any tension that you might feel in your tongue. Just let it
relax!
Then...
Start counting backward from 8, while you are visualizing your movie of
yourself
going through this highly stressful situation. Whenever you begin to
feel yourself coming to a part in the movie
where your stress level peaks, pause the movie in your mind, and
count backward from 8 while you replay that stressful part over and
over, and keep focusing on this stressful part until you no longer
feel any remaining stress from it. Then, start your mental movie
over again from the beginning, and count all the way through your movie again.
Keep repeating
this process over and over and over, until you can play through the
entire stressful movie in your mind without feeling any remaining
stress or nervousness from that situation, whatsoever.
FINALLY:
If
you ever have an event coming up that you expect to be stressful or
nerve-wracking,
you can use this powerful
Tap8
Stress-Elimination Visualization technique
BEFORE THE EVENT HAPPENS to prevent yourself from feeling stress or
nervousness during it.
IMPORTANT...as
is stated above...
Your
subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between imagining a
vivid scene through visualization, and what's reality. After you run
your mental movie several times each day, your mind will
automatically assume that this is your new reality, and it will then
go about creating it in reality for you.
See
what I mean, your subconscious mind truly can be an awesome friend
and ally...once you KNOW how to use it to your advantage!
Additional Helpful Tip:
This PowerCount8
Visualization technique also works perfectly for eliminating any
fears or phobias you may have.
Simply create a mental movie of yourself being directly exposed to
whatever is frightening you, and count backward from 8, until you no longer
feel any remaining anxiety or emotional intensity from that fear.
Remember how to use this helpful stress
reduction technique. It can work perfectly for literally ANY kind of
stressful, high pressure, or nerve-wracking situation or event
you'll ever face...at anytime throughout your life!! |
