Are There Any
Sports Related Skills Or Plays That
You're STILL Having Trouble With?
DO
THIS FIRST:
Whatever issues or problems you're dealing
with, list them below with the word "This"
in front of each issue in your list.
It doesn't
matter how small of an issue you might think it is, if it is
something that is giving you difficulties, then you'll need to add
it to your list. Doing this will help to make each issue much easier
to completely and permanently overcome.
Also, wherever you see a blank space in a
phrase, such as __________, please fill in the blank with your own
appropriate response - if possible.
For example:
A
softball pitcher might be having trouble throwing a perfect curve
ball, so she might word it as:
This _______ with throwing a perfect curve
ball;

Or...
This
frustration I feel from _______;
87654321
A golfer might
be having trouble dealing with those uncontrollable "YIPS" that tend
to ruin an otherwise perfect shot, so she might word that as:
This trouble I'm having with these
frustrating yips;

Or...
This frustration and anger I feel whenever
I get those yips;

A tennis player might be having trouble with her backhand, so she
might word that as:
This trouble I am having with my

A cheerleader might be having trouble dealing with her stage-fright,

An athlete who has suffered a serious injury in the past might still
have a fear of doing whatever they were doing when they got injured.

Follow this
procedure
for EVERYTHING you're have trouble with, or is causing you any
difficulties or frustration.
Then:
Count backward from 8
while you
concentrate on each troubling issue... until you no longer feel any
problem-causing emotional intensity.
It can be very helpful for you to repeat the reminder phrase out
loud.
Keep repeating this process over, and over.
Remember to take a
deep breath, and exhale slowly after you complete each
round.
ALSO:
There often tends to be some commonality between many of the various
negative issues on your lists. Therefore you will gain tremendous
benefits by clearing through EVERY issue example listed above.
You SHOULD STILL work
through EVERY example I've given you...even if
that issue doesn't directly apply to your own situation.
Doing this will help to
insure that you will be less likely to be affected by those issues
at some point in the future!
It
is this consistent counting, while concentrating on the issue, that
gradually weakens and reduces your stress and anxiety levels down to
zero:
Repeated use
effectively acts to reduce the amount of emotional intensity you're
feeling from your negative issues down to zero feeling. Each round whittles away more and more of the negative
emotional connection between your brain and your body, so that the
negative emotions will no longer have much of an affect on you. And
then, we basically "rewire" your brain by replacing that negative
emotion it with a purely positive affirmation, which we proceed to
'cement into place' by repeating it over and over and over. It's highly effective.

So, just keep counting everyday!
It WORKS!
